Ingredients 

  • 1 smoked ham (6–8 lb) 
  • 1 cup sorrel drink (reduced from your recipe) 
  • ½ cup brown sugar 
  • ¼ cup honey 
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 
  • 2 tsp cloves 
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice 

Step-by-Step 

1️⃣ Score Ham: Cut crisscross pattern, insert cloves. 
2️⃣ Mix Glaze: Combine sorrel drink, sugar, honey, mustard, lime. 
3️⃣ Bake: Place ham in pan, bake 325 °F for 1 hr. 
4️⃣ Glaze & Finish: Brush with glaze every 10 min for 30 min until shiny and caramelized.
