Ingredients
Granola:
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Parfait Layers:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- Fresh berries
- Honey (optional)

Instructions
- Mix oats, pecans, syrup, sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt.
- Bake at 300°F for 25 minutes, stirring once.
- Let cool until crunchy.
- Layer yogurt, granola and fruit in glasses.

- Add pumpkin seeds for more crunch.
