Ingredients
Dough:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg

Filling:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
Maple Pecan Topping:
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar; let sit until frothy.
- Add egg, butter, vanilla, flour and salt; knead until soft.
- Cover and rise 1 hour.
- Make topping by melting butter with brown sugar and maple syrup; pour into baking dish; sprinkle pecans.
- Roll dough into a rectangle; spread butter, brown sugar and cinnamon; roll tightly and slice.
- Arrange rolls in dish and rise 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
- Flip pan to reveal sticky maple-pecan glaze.
Tips & Swaps
- Use walnuts instead of pecans.
- Add a cream-cheese drizzle for extra richness.
Optional Touch
Warm a little extra maple syrup and lightly brush on top before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the baking dish.
- Sauté sausage and onions until browned.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and layer at the bottom of the dish.
- Spread sausage mixture evenly over biscuits.
- Whisk eggs, milk and seasonings together.
- Pour egg mixture over sausage.
- Top with both cheeses.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until biscuits are cooked and the top is golden.
