Ham & Cheddar Breakfast Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 eggs, scrambled softly
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 12 slices honey ham
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Brush

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice rolls as one sheet; layer ham, eggs and cheese.
  3. Top with bun lids.
  4. Mix butter, maple and Dijon; brush over tops.
  5. Bake 20 minutes until melty and golden.

Tips & Swaps

  • Add caramelized onions.
  • Use turkey ham for a lighter version.

Optional Touch

Sprinkle everything-bagel seasoning on top.
