Ingredients
Dough:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
Filling:
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or dried)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
Orange Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp orange juice
Equipment

- Rolling pin
- 9×13 baking dish
Instructions
- Make dough with milk, yeast, sugar, egg, butter, salt and flour. Rise 1 hour.
- Make cranberry filling by simmering cranberries and sugar until jammy.
- Roll dough, spread butter and cranberry filling.
- Roll and slice into 12 pieces.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Drizzle with orange glaze.
Tips & Swaps
- Add walnuts to the filling.
- Use canned cranberry sauce if in a rush.
Optional Touch
Brush rolls with orange marmalade before glazing.
