Ingredients
- 1 loaf brioche or challah, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Equipment
- 9×13 casserole dish
- Mixing bowl
Instructions
- Grease dish. Add bread cubes, scattered cream cheese, and blueberries.
- Whisk eggs, milk, syrup, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Pour over bread mixture.
- Chill 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

- Add lemon zest for brightness.
