Ingredients
- 12 slices deli turkey
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line each muffin cup with a slice of turkey.
- Whisk eggs, milk, seasonings, spinach and cheese.
- Pour into each turkey cup.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed and set.
Tips & Swaps
- Use ham instead of turkey.
- Add diced peppers or mushrooms.
