Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Equipment
- 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish
- Mixing bowl
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking dish.
- Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and apples.
- Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour into dish and bake 35–40 minutes.
Tips & Swaps
- Use pears instead of apples.
- Add raisins or cranberries for more texture.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla yogurt or whipped cream.
